Full-Time | Reports to President & CEO
Pregnant with Possibilities Resource Center (PPRC) is seeking a visionary Director of Programs to lead and oversee all programmatic initiatives. The DOP ensures programs are high-quality, data-driven, and aligned with PPRC’s mission to improve maternal and infant health outcomes, support youth, and strengthen families. This role provides leadership to program managers and staff, builds community partnerships, and drives continuous improvement across all services.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead program development, evaluation, and strategic planning
Supervise and mentor program staff, fostering collaboration and accountability
Oversee program budgets and ensure alignment with funding requirements
Cultivate partnerships with community organizations and stakeholders
Analyze program data to guide improvements and report outcomes
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree required; 5+ years of leadership experience in nonprofit program management, community health, or social services; strong communication, fiscal management, and team development skills. Master’s degree, bilingual skills, and experience with maternal and youth programs are a plus.

Pregnant with Possibilities Resource Center (PPRC) is seeking a Community Care Coordinator to provide holistic, culturally responsive support to pregnant and postpartum participants. This role serves as a trusted point of contact, connecting families to healthcare, social services, and community resources while advocating for equitable maternal and infant health outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct intake assessments and develop individualized care plans
Connect participants to healthcare, housing, employment, and social services
Facilitate workshops, support groups, and community outreach
Advocate for participants and ensure trauma-informed, culturally competent services
Qualifications: Associate’s or bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience), 2+ years in case management or community health, strong knowledge of maternal and child health, and excellent communication skills. Bilingual skills and CHW certification are a plus.
