Born on Purpose, For a Purpose and for the Purpose I Serve

Veranda Rodgers, MBA, is the visionary force and fearless leader behind Pregnant with Possibilities Resource Center and Bloom Behavioral Health. A powerhouse in health and human services, education, and nonprofit leadership, Veranda has spent her career transforming challenges into opportunities and stories into systems of support.

Driven by lived experience and a deep passion for community impact, Veranda founded Pregnant with Possibilities Resource Center to be the village she once needed as a young mother. Her work centers on empowering youth, pregnant women, and mothers through trauma-informed care, mental health services, and advocacy that truly changes lives.

A certified Grief Recovery Specialist through The Grief Recovery Method, Veranda brings both heart and expertise to helping families heal and grow. Armed with a Bachelor’s and Master’s in Business Administration, she uses her business acumen to build sustainable programs that uplift communities and drive lasting change.

Beyond leading with compassion, Veranda inspires the next generation as an Adjunct Professor at Cuyahoga Community College, where she teaches business and marketing. Known for her authenticity and real-world wisdom, she empowers her students to believe in their potential and pursue purpose-driven success.

Her leadership extends far beyond the classroom and her organizations. Veranda serves as a Board Trustee for the Cleveland State University Alumni Association, strengthening alumni engagement and advancing the university’s mission. Her trailblazing work has earned her recognition as a BPACF Forty Under 40 Emerging Legends Award recipient (2025) and the Outstanding Young Adult Philanthropist of the Year by The Soul of Philanthropy (2022).

From teen mom to CEO, Veranda’s journey is one of resilience, purpose, and power. She leads with heart, vision, and an unshakable belief that when women and families are supported, communities thrive. Simply put—she’s the bomb, and her leadership continues to inspire staff, students, and families to bloom beyond possibility.
