Research Based Youth Sexual Risk Avoidance Education

The Endless Possibilities Program is a 10-part, research-based curriculum designed to prevent premature pregnancies and STIs while addressing the root causes of health disparities, including academic challenges, relationships, self-esteem, and peer pressure.

M.O.M (Making Opportunities Matter) Program 

Perinatal Support Program

The M.O.M. Program is a 13-week hybrid series designed to educate, empower, and support pregnant and postpartum women in Cuyahoga County. With a trauma-informed facilitator and certified community health worker, participants receive culturally supportive group sessions and one-on-one guidance focused on healthy pregnancy, labor, stress management, breastfeeding, financial planning, relationships, and more.

The Afterparty 

Foundations to Success for M.O.M Program Alumni

The Afterparty is a yearlong alumni program designed for M.O.M graduates, fostering accountability, stability, and growth beyond the perinatal period. Through ongoing mentorship, bi-monthly workshops, and financial support, participants continue their journey toward self-sufficiency and holistic wellness.

Behavioral Health Services

A mental health initiative for Pregnant with Possibilities Resource Center active clients, created to ensure that pregnant and postpartum individuals, their support persons, and children have access to culturally responsive mental health services that reduce barriers and stigma while prioritizing overall wellness.

 

Monthly Life Skills Workshop

We offer a variety of workshops to help equip youth and women with the necessary skills to make positive healthy life choices.
