Pregnant with Possibilities Resource Center invites pregnant and postpartum women in Cuyahoga County to join Cohort 4 of The M.O.M. Program. This 13-week hybrid series offers education, support, and empowerment.
The program includes group sessions and one-on-one support from a community health worker. Topics covered are:
Healthy pregnancy and labor preparation
Stress and trauma management
Breastfeeding and infant care
Financial planning and family stability
Healthy relationships and emotional wellness
